Q. Where are you based? 

A.  We're based in Newry, County Down. From here we work with carefully selected suppliers in Ireland and in the UK to bring you beautiful and varied styles.  

Q. What is your returns policy? 

We accept returns if the goods are in their original, unworn condition and received by us within 14 days. If you'd like to return something, send a message to spotlightstylenewry@gmail.com and let us know.  

Q. What is your shipping policy? 

A. We aim to have all goods with our customers within 3 - 5 business days. 

Q. Do you have a physical store?

A. No, Spotlight Style Boutique is solely online and you can view all our fashion and accessories right here on the website. 

Q. Do you sell gift cards? 

Yes! You can purchase gift cards directly from the website. Gift cards are delivered in the form of an email with a code that can be redeemed at the checkout are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
